Machine-readable access

Inspect the catalog before using the data.

SDCofA data surfaces are static, inspectable, and method-bound. The catalog states what is published today and what remains unavailable.

Published surfaces

Reference first. Analytical scores only with evidence.

Humans and agents can read these files without a backend. A catalog entry does not authorize an agent to invent missing scores, forecasts, or country judgments.

Structured reference

Country almanac data

Country names, ISO codes, regions, and stable public-page slugs.

Guardrails

Fail closed when evidence is absent.

The catalog keeps future index outputs explicitly constrained. A machine-readable path is not evidence that a score or forecast exists.
