SDCofA is an endorsed analytical unit of Monarch Castle Technologies. Our assessments are editorially independent: product methods, evidence boundaries, and analytical conclusions remain under SDCofA control.
We separate dated observations, current assessments, and time-bounded forecasts so readers can see what was measured, what was interpreted, and what remains uncertain.

Lifecycle, coverage, cadence, provenance, ownership, and forecast-evidence status come from a checked local registry. If that registry drifts or an approved asset fails, the portal shows no partial product data.

Editorial standard
Name the record before drawing a conclusion.
The label travels with the claim. Source dates and methods stay close enough to the statement for a reader to verify its boundary.
Assessment
A current interpretation of available evidence.
Assessments explain analytical judgment, known gaps, and the date at which the interpretation was formed. They are not forecasts.
Forecast
A future estimate with a horizon and uncertainty.
Forecasts state their cadence or horizon, method and evidence, assumptions, uncertainty, and limitations. They are estimates—not facts, guarantees, or claims of predictive performance.
Publication discipline
Traceable inputs, declared arithmetic, gated release.
Each product owns its detailed methodology. The common portal standard is intentionally narrow and auditable.

The country almanac supplies deterministic reference pages. The catalog identifies current machine-readable files and explicitly marks future score outputs as unavailable until methodology and provenance are visible.

SDCofA owns the analysis. Monarch Castle Technologies endorses the unit.
Editorial independence protects analytical judgment; endorsement establishes the visible portfolio relationship. Neither substitutes for product evidence.
